Association of Independent Schools
Schools within the sector will be invited to apply for one of 20 grants to the value of $600 to support independent school community events and celebrations. The grant application requires schools to share and highlight student success with their broader school community.
Anticipated Outcomes:
- showcase the hard work school communities are undertaking to improve literacy and numeracy skills
- recognise the outstanding results that have been achieved
- raise community awareness of the importance of all Australian students developing effective literacy and numeracy skills
- build on national initiatives to improve literacy and numeracy standards among young Australians.
